For admission to Ph.D. Program of Mechanical Engineering Department (for the even semester of academic session 2016-17), all Ph.D. candidates who have qualified the entrance examination (held on December 22, 2016) are required to report in the office of Head, Mechanical Engineering Department on 06.01.2017 at 8:30 A.M. for necessary verification of documents followed by the interview.
The candidates appearing for interview are required to bring the downloaded application form (hard copy), original admit card, and all original certificates.Candidates are required to submit documents on the day of interview as per the attached, “CHECK LIST OF DOCUMENTS†Performa.
In addition to the above documents, the candidates are also required to submit the UNDERTAKING form. This form, “Undertaking from the student and guardian†is also attached for your reference.
Please bring one attested photocopy of all relevant certificates and documents.
