Hostels: Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology offers 17 on-campus hostels, including 10 boys’ hostels and 7 girls’ hostels, providing a comfortable home away from home. All hostels are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, essential amenities, and well-maintained living spaces.Students benefit from a safe and secure environment with 24×7 security and dedicated support staff. HOSTEL GUEST ROOM BOOKING FACILITY

  • The Institute provides a Hostel Guest Room Booking Facility for the convenience of students and their parents/guardians.
  • Guest rooms are available exclusively for female guests. Male guests are not permitted to stay in the hostel guest rooms.
  • Guest room accommodation is allotted only on a genuine need basis and is subject to availability and approval by the concerned authority.
  • The facility is intended primarily for medical needs or emergency situations and is not meant for routine or personal stays.
  • Eligible students or their parents/guardians may submit their request through the dedicated online booking portal.
  • Guest rooms can be booked online through the Institute"s dedicated booking portal.

Accommodation is provided primarily to parents or students based on medical needs or emergency situations.
